Placing an Order:

To place an order simply email me at LooseRingStudio@gmail.com with "PORTRAIT" in the subject line.

Please include the following in your email:

   - Your full name and mailing address

   - What type of portrait(graphite/pastel/watercolor) (size)

   - Attach reference photo(s) of your pet

    I do not require a deposit and you will be sent a proof image when your piece is complete (or near complete) for you to approve.  If you are no longer able to purchase your finished portrait I ask for a 25% fee and reserve the right to place it for sale to the public.

There is an approximate  2 week process time on portraits so if you have a deadline (birthday, holiday etc) please keep that in mind when ordering. Expedited services may be available. 

What I Need From You:

For a true to life portrait I need at least one clear, well lit photo of your pet's head. I can combine parts of several photos if necessary. Often a few photos are best to accurately show markings and personality.  It is OK if the picture has tack on the horse even for bare head portraits, I can easily 'remove' it. Tack will be removed unless you state you want it - which may be subject to an additional $5-$10 charge that can be discussed prior to starting.

*note on reference pictures: if it is a picture from a professional photographer  I need a note/email releasing its use. 

Accepted Payments:

For shipped portraits I accept paypal, venmo, and personal check (please allow a few days for check to clear)

For pick up orders I accept paypal, venmo, or cash.

Gift Certificates are also available!
